Times24.net: Bangladesh won the toss and Mashrafe Mortaza, the skipper of Bangladesh, decided to bat first against Pakistan in their first official warm-up match at Edgbaston in Birmingham on Saturday.

The Tigers, boosted with a fresh memory of their first away victory against New Zealand in the Ireland's Tri-Nation series on Wednesday, will play their giant neighbour India in their 2nd official warm-up match on Tuesday (May 30) at Kennington Oval in London.

Bangladesh will start their campaign in the ICC Champions Trophy taking on hosts England in the opening match next Thursday (June 1) at Kennington Oval in London with a sweet memory eliminating British Lions from last ICC World Cup.

In the remaining Group A matches of the ICC Champions Trophy, Bangladesh will play Australia on June 5 at Kennington Oval in London and will face New Zealand on June 9 at Sophia Gardens in Cardiff.
